SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative and versatile Web and Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both web design/development and graphic/digital design, with proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Elementor, and email platforms. This employee will be responsible for assisting Holland’s Creative Director and Web Developer in the creation and management of client websites, digital and graphic designs, research, and problem solving. This role requires a creative mindset, technical skills, a keen eye for design aesthetics, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Web Design and Development:

  • Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites for clients across various industries.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute web design projects that align with client objectives and brand identity.
  • Utilize WordPress and Elementor to create custom websites, landing pages, and interactive elements.
  • Ensure responsive design and optimal performance across different devices and browsers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance design and development processes.

Graphic Design:

  • Create engaging and impactful visual assets, including logos, marketing materials, social media graphics, and advertisements.
  • Translate client requirements and creative briefs into compelling design concepts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Maintain consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all marketing collateral.
  • Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes.

Team Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with team to understand client goals, preferences, and feedback throughout the design and development process.
  • Present design concepts and prototypes to internal teams, explaining rationale and soliciting feedback for revisions.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in web design/development and graphic design roles, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
  • Expertise in WordPress and experience with page builders like Elementor.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for website optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to stay up to date on the newest web and design trends, news, and updates.
  • Takes personal responsibility for on-time deliverables.
  • Willingness to learn about our various clients from a variety of industries and understand their products/services and brand.
  • Familiar with standard workspace and management tools (Google Docs, Dropbox, Slack, Office, etc.)
  • Familiar with or willing to learn the basics of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
  • General understanding of marketing analytics and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Hubspot and marketing automation experience a plus.

SUMMARY                     

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HubSpot specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and reporting on HubSpot sales and marketing campaigns, creating compelling copy, managing inbound marketing, email marketing and automation, reporting and analytics, and maintaining client relationships. This role requires a creative mindset, technical skills, a keen eye for design aesthetics, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies utilizing HubSpot’s suite of marketing and sales tools, LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator, and building distribution lists.
  2. Email Marketing: Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking, using HubSpot’s email marketing tools. Research and build target customer lists.
  3. Data and Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize digital marketing efforts. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, website traffic, and lead generation activities.
  4. Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain customized reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to clients. Present insights and recommendations for optimization to internal teams and clients.
  5. Copywriting: Create engaging and persuasive content for various digital platforms including websites, social media, emails, and advertisements.
  6. Research and Planning: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to inform digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  7. Client Relationships: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance, regular updates, and performance reports. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and tailor digital strategies to meet their needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing and Advertising field.
  • Proven experience with the HubSpot CRM, Marketing and Sales Hubs and implementing new accounts from the ground up.
  • Proven experience in LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in copywriting and content creation.
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot dashboards).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Working knowledge of additional digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., SEO, social media management tools).
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Desire to stay updated on the newest web and design trends, news, and updates.
  • Takes personal responsibility for on-time deliverables.
  • Willingness to learn about our various clients from a variety of industries and understand their products/services and brands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HubSpot Certification(s) (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software Certification).
  • Experience working in an agency or consulting environment.
