Holland Adhaus is looking for an innovative and strategic problem solver with dynamic customer service and engagement experience to join our team as a Client Project Manager. This position reports directly to our President and CEO. They also take direction from our Creative Director and works closely with the creative team to execute client projects and ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Meets with clients frequently, serving as contact between the client and internal teams
  • Discusses strategy with clients and helps develop marketing and advertising campaigns on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Develops proposals and statements of work for clients that are in line with their marketing objectives and agency capabilities
  • Presents proposals and statements of work to clients for approval
  • Maintains contracts and ensures they are executed and filed accordingly
  • Develops projections and weekly forecasts
  • Inputs clear and time-specific instructions for project completion into task management system
  • Addresses any issues or delays in projects, as well as client feedback
  • Delivers completed projects to the client on time
  • Manages budgets for all accounts
  • Ensures all billing activities are completed timely and accurately
  • Acquires new accounts and negotiates contracts
  • Participates in team meetings to communicate work progress and potential roadblocks
  • Works collaboratively and professionally with other company employees in cross-functional teams to achieve goals
  • Develops client reports to include KPI metrics (monthly/quarterly/annually) and presents reports to clients
  • Maintains a current understanding of 3rd party marketing tools to enhance client KPI results
  • Consults with internal teams prior to client presentations to ensure internal capabilities
  • Initiates and plans client meetings, ensures all necessary presentation materials are prepared and approved in a timely manner prior to client meetings, and conducts client meetings in the scheduled meeting timeframe

Requirements

  • Ability to anticipate client or internal roadblocks and ensure timely project completion
  • Displays a sense of urgency both internally and externally
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both on the client and creative side
  • Superb presentation skills
  • Knowledge of numerous marketing tactics and appropriate implementation strategies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, OR equivalent experience required
  • Previous Advertising Agency Experience a HUGE bonus!
  • 3+ years on-the-job account service experience

The Client Project Manager is also the liaison between the client and our internal teams, so they must be able to take client ideas/feedback and accurately explain them to the appropriate team members.

Holland Adhaus is looking for an innovative and strategic problem solver to join the team as our SEO Strategist. This position is part of our Digital Department, under the supervision of the Digital Manager working closely with our Creative Director, Web Developer, Graphic and Web Designer, SEO Team, and Account Executives.

Responsibilities 

  • Leading the SEO charge!
  • Responsible for leading the strategy of our clients’ SEO activities across multiple engines/platforms
  • Overseeing and analyzing client performance to see threats and opportunities, and working to optimize programs to enhance results
  • Communicate SEO strategy/recommendations and report to the SEO team and clients
  • Writing effective SEO copy
  • Developing link building strategies including backlinking
  • Ensure all SEO activities are completed timely and completely each month for all SEO clients.
  • Utilize project management skills to execute all SEO activities within specified timeframes and allotted hours
  • Develop insights and strategies based on analytical and data driven tools
  • Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
  • Staying apprised of current SEO trends

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices including link building
  • 3-5 years’ experience
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and independently as a self-starter
  • Problem-solving and trouble-shooting abilities
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the most up-to-date SEO best practices
  • Knowledge of SEMrush is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment

Description

Holland Adhaus is hiring a Digital Ads Specialist who will be responsible for the strategy, implementation, optimization, and reporting of Google Ads campaigns for a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage Google search, display, video and shopping campaigns for multiple clients, in both B2C and B2B industries
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Determine target audiences and bid strategies
  • Write and implement paid search ad copy and ad extensions
  • Develop growth strategies for clients and execute around measurable KPIs
  • Monitor and analyze performance data. And implement findings to optimize campaign performance
  • Maintain Google Ads knowledge and certifications through constant self-education

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience building and managing Google Ads campaigns for multiple client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the Google Ads platform and best practices for paid ads.
  • Proficiency of Micosoft Office tools, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred Background

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio
  • Experience in conversion tracking and implementation
  • Google Ads certified

Description

(25-30 hours/week)

Work under the direction of Senior Graphic Designer to plan and digital and print ads, and collateral. This position will work closely with the Creative Team to provide visual solutions to support marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and edit current websites
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure client requirements and needs are met prior to launch
  • Design digital banner ads
