Courtney attended Northern Kentucky University where she majored in Radio/Television with a double minor in Marketing and Advertising. She also holds a master’s degree in Media Communications from Webster University. Her certifications include Google Analytics and a Content Strategy for Professionals Specialization from Northwestern University.
